Sec. 291a. Cooperative agreements with property owners of non-
        Federal property
        
    The Secretary of the Interior may enter into cooperative agreements 
with the owners of property in Vincennes, Indiana, historically 
associated with George Rogers Clark and the Northwest Territory for the 
inclusion of such property in the George Rogers Clark National 
Historical Park. Under such agreements the Secretary may assist in the 
preservation, renewal, and interpretation of the property.
