Sec. 410yy-5. General management plan

    Not later than 3 fiscal years after October 27, 1992, the Secretary 
shall prepare, in consultation with the Commission, and submit to 
Congress a general management plan for the park containing the 
information described in section 1a-7(b) of this title. Such plan shall 
interpret the technological and social history of the area, and the 
industrial complexes of the Calumet and Hecla, and Quincy Mining 
Companies, with equal emphasis.
