         CHAPTER 70--NORTH PACIFIC ANADROMOUS STOCKS CONVENTION
 
Sec. 5005. Commission recommendations

    The Secretary, with the concurrence of the Secretary of Commerce, 
may accept or reject, on behalf of the United States, recommendations 
made by the Commission in accordance with article IX of the Convention.
