    Section, acts Mar. 4, 1913, ch. 145, Sec. 1[part], 37 Stat. 842; 
Mar. 3, 1925, ch. 462, 43 Stat. 1144; Reorg. Plan No. 3 of 1946, 
Sec. 403, eff. July 16, 1946, 11 F.R. 7876, 60 Stat. 1100, which 
directed the Secretary of Agriculture to select, classify, and segregate 
lands within the boundaries of national forests that might be opened to 
settlement and entry under the homestead laws applicable to the national 
forests, has been omitted in view of the repeal of the Forest Reserve 
Homestead Act ``as amended and supplemented'' by Pub. L. 87-869, Sec. 4, 
Oct. 23, 1962, 76 Stat. 1157, which had provided the basic framework 
under which reserved public domain lands suitable for farming in the 
national forests had been made available for homesteading.
