Sec. 556g. Reimbursement of employee license costs and 
        certification fees
        
    Notwithstanding any other provision of law, in fiscal year 1993 and 
thereafter, appropriations or funds available to the Department of the 
Interior or the Forest Service, Department of Agriculture, may be used 
to reimburse employees for the cost of State licenses and certification 
fees pursuant to their employment and that are necessary to comply with 
State or Federal laws, regulations, or requirements.
