Sec. 718k. Use of fees collected for Federal migratory bird 
        permits
        
    On and after October 21, 1998, all fees collected for Federal 
migratory bird permits shall be available to the Secretary, without 
further appropriation, to be used for the expenses of the U.S. Fish and 
Wildlife Service in administering such Federal migratory bird permits, 
and shall remain available until expended.
