                        TITLE 21--FOOD AND DRUGS
 
   CHAPTER 18--PRESIDENT'S MEDIA COMMISSION ON ALCOHOL AND DRUG ABUSE 
                               PREVENTION
 
Sec. 1307. Report

    The Commission shall transmit to the President and to each House of 
Congress a report not later than July 31 of each year which contains a 
detailed statement of the activities of the Commission during the 
preceding year, including a summary of the number of public service 
announcements produced by the Commission and published or broadcast.

                  Termination of Reporting Requirements

    For termination, effective May 15, 2000, of provisions in this 
section relating to transmitting an annual report to each House of

House Document No. 103-7.
