Sec. 2276. ``Central American countries'' defined

    For the purposes of this part, the term ``Central American 
countries'' includes Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, 
Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, and regional programs which benefit such 
countries.
