Sec. 2292c. Authorization of appropriations for disaster relief 
        and emergency recovery needs in Pakistan and Nicaragua
        
    There are authorized to be appropriated, in addition to other sums 
available for such purposes, $65,000,000 for use by the President for 
disaster relief and emergency recovery needs in Pakistan and Nicaragua, 
under such terms and conditions as he may determine, such sums to remain 
available until expended.
