Sec. 269c. International Statistical Bureau at The Hague; 
        authorization of appropriations
        
    There is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any sums in 
the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, sums not exceeding $2,500 per 
annum to enable the United States to maintain membership in the 
International Statistical Bureau at The Hague, such sums to be expended 
under the direction of the Secretary of State.
