Sec. 277d-40. Authorization of appropriations

    There is authorized to be appropriated to the Department of State 
for the use of the United States section of the International Boundary 
and Water Commission, United States and Mexico, such sums as may be 
necessary to carry out the provisions of the treaty and title I of this 
Act.
