Sec. 1680b. National Health Service Corps

    The Secretary of Health and Human Services shall not--
        (1) remove a member of the National Health Service Corps from a 
    health facility operated by the Indian Health Service or by a tribe 
    or tribal organization under contract with the Indian Health Service 
    under the Indian Self-Determination Act [25 U.S.C. 450f et seq.], or
        (2) withdraw funding used to support such member,

unless the Secretary, acting through the Service, has ensured that the 
Indians receiving services from such member will experience no reduction 
in services.
