                   SUBCHAPTER I--PURCHASE OF SUPPLIES
 
Sec. 98. Purchase of supplies without authority

    No claims for supplies for Indians, purchased without authority of 
law, shall be paid out of any appropriation for expenses of the Office 
of Indian Affairs, or for Indians.
