    Section 830, Pub. L. 93-203, title I, Sec. 128, as added Pub. L. 95-

accept and utilize services and property in the furtherance of the 
purposes of this chapter.

    Section 831, Pub. L. 93-203, title I, Sec. 129, as added Pub. L. 95-

Federal, State, and local agencies and public and private organizations 
in the performance of functions under this chapter.
