    Section, Pub. L. 93-203, title IV, Sec. 441, as added Pub. L. 95-
524, Sec. 2, Oct. 27, 1978, 92 Stat. 1989, provided that, of the sums 
available for carrying out the provisions of this part, 15 percent would 
be available for subpart 1, 15 percent would be available for subpart 2, 
and 70 percent would be available for subpart 3.
    A prior section 916, Pub. L. 93-203, title IV, Sec. 406, Dec. 28, 
1973, 87 Stat. 865, related to enrollment and assignment in the Job 
Corps, prior to the general revision of Pub. L. 93-203 by Pub. L. 95-
524.
    Provisions similar to those comprising this section were contained
