                   TITLE 30--MINERAL LANDS AND MINING
 
CHAPTER 3--LANDS CONTAINING COAL, OIL, GAS, SALTS, ASPHALTIC MATERIALS, 
                   SODIUM, SULPHUR, AND BUILDING STONE
 
    SUBCHAPTER II--COAL LAND ENTRIES UNDER NONMINERAL LAND LAWS WITH 
                  RESERVATION OF COAL TO UNITED STATES
 
Sec. 89. Disposition of proceeds

    The net proceeds derived from the sale and entry of surplus lands in 
conformity with the provisions of sections 86 to 89 of this title shall 
be paid into the Treasury of the United States to the credit of the same 
fund under the same conditions and limitations as are or may be 
prescribed by law for the disposition of the proceeds arising from the 
disposal of other surplus lands in such Indian reservation. The 
provisions of sections 86 to 89 of this title shall not apply to the 
lands of the Five Civilized Tribes of Indians in Oklahoma.
