Sec. 569b. Contracts; architect and engineering services; 
        surveying and mapping services
        
    Contracts for architect and engineering services, and surveying and 
mapping services, shall be awarded by the Chief of Engineers in 
accordance with title IX of the Federal Property and Administrative 
Services Act of 1949 (40 U.S.C. 541 et seq.).
