Sec. 572. Collection and removal of drift in Baltimore Harbor

    On and after July 30, 1948, direct allotments from appropriations 
for the maintenance and improvement of existing river and harbor works, 
or from other available appropriations, may be made by the Secretary of 
the Army for the collection and removal of drift in Baltimore Harbor and 
its tributary waters, and this work shall be carried out as a separate 
and distinct project.
