Sec. 702a-8. Additional roads; construction by United States

    In addition to the construction by the United States of roads in 
connection with floodways as heretofore provided, the Federal Government 
may, in the discretion of the Chief of Engineers, and within the limits 
of available funds, construct additional roads to afford access to those 
portions of the levee lines not otherwise accessible.
