                TITLE 33--NAVIGATION AND NAVIGABLE WATERS
 
                         CHAPTER 16--LIGHTHOUSES
 
Sec. 727. Lighthouse and other sites; necessity for cession by 
        State of jurisdiction
        
    No lighthouse, beacon, public piers, or landmark, shall be built or 
erected on any site until cession of jurisdiction over the same has been 
made to the United States.
