                TITLE 33--NAVIGATION AND NAVIGABLE WATERS
 
                    CHAPTER 17--NATIONAL OCEAN SURVEY
 
                    SUBCHAPTER I--GENERAL PROVISIONS
 
Sec. 853q. Retired rank and pay held pursuant to other laws 
        unaffected
        
    Nothing in this Act shall prevent any officer from being placed on 
the retired list with the highest rank and with the highest retired pay 
to which he might be entitled under other provision of law.
