Sec. 151107. Principal office

    The principal office of the corporation shall be in the District of 
Columbia. However, the activities of the corporation may be conducted, 
and offices may be maintained, throughout the United States in 
accordance with the bylaws.

    The words ``activities of the corporation may be conducted'' are 
substituted for ``meetings of the corporation, its officers, committees, 
and departments, may be held, and . . . its business may be transacted'' 
for consistency in the revised title and to eliminate unnecessary words.
