Sec. 200105. Principal office

    The principal office of the corporation shall be located in the 
District of Columbia. However, annual meetings may be held wherever the 
corporation decides.

    The words ``wherever the corporation decides'' are substituted for 
``such other places as the incorporators or their successors shall 
determine'' for consistency in the revised title.
