Sec. 22101. Organization

    (a) Federal Charter.--The American Society of International Law (in 
this chapter, the ``corporation'') is a federally chartered corporation.
    (b) Perpetual Existence.--Except as otherwise provided, the 
corporation has perpetual existence.
