Sec. 70303. Purposes

    The purposes of the corporation are as provided in the articles of 
incorporation and include the promotion of the cause of good government 
at the national level by improving the public understanding of Congress 
as an institution and strengthening its support by the public. The 
corporation shall function as an educational, patriotic, civic, 
historical, and research organization as authorized by the laws of each 
State in which it is incorporated.
