Sec. 3484. Apprenticeship or other on-job training; 
        correspondence courses
        
    Any eligible veteran may pursue a program of apprenticeship or other 
on-job training or a program of education exclusively by correspondence 
and be paid an educational assistance allowance or training assistance 
allowance, as applicable, under the provisions of section 3687 or 3686 
of this title.
