             TITLE 40--PUBLIC BUILDINGS, PROPERTY, AND WORKS
 
CHAPTER 1--PUBLIC BUILDINGS, GROUNDS, PARKS, AND WHARVES IN DISTRICT OF 
                                COLUMBIA
 
Sec. 105. Secretary and executive officer

    The officer in charge of public buildings and grounds shall be the 
secretary and shall act as the executive officer of the Commission of 
Fine Arts.
