             TITLE 40--PUBLIC BUILDINGS, PROPERTY, AND WORKS
 
CHAPTER 1--PUBLIC BUILDINGS, GROUNDS, PARKS, AND WHARVES IN DISTRICT OF 
                                COLUMBIA
 
Sec. 13j. Firearms or fireworks; speeches; objectionable 
        language; Supreme Court Building and grounds
        
    It shall be unlawful to discharge any firearm, firework or 
explosive, set fire to any combustible, make any harangue or oration, or 
utter loud, threatening, or abusive language in the Supreme Court 
Building or grounds.
