Sec. 193p. Sale of articles; signs; solicitation; Smithsonian 
        grounds
        
    It shall be unlawful for anyone other than an authorized employee or 
concessionaire to offer or expose any article for sale within the 
specified buildings or grounds; or to display any sign, placard, or 
other form of advertisement; or to solicit alms, subscriptions, or 
contributions therein.
