             TITLE 40--PUBLIC BUILDINGS, PROPERTY, AND WORKS
 
                     CHAPTER 4--THE PUBLIC PROPERTY
 
Sec. 304f. Disposition of property abandoned or forfeited to 
        United States; definitions of words used in sections 304f to 
        304m
        
    As used in sections 304f to 304m of this title--
    (1) ``Property'' means all personal property, including but not 
limited to vessels, vehicles, and aircraft;
    (2) ``Agency'' includes any executive department, independent 
establishment, board, commission, bureau, service, or division of the 
United States, and any corporation in which the United States owns all 
or a majority of the stock.
    (3) ``Administrator'' means the Administrator of General Services.

                          Transfer of Functions

    Functions of Director of Bureau of Federal Supply transferred to 
Administrator of General Services and office of Director abolished by 
section 102(a) of act June 30, 1949, which is classified to section 752 
of this title.

see section 605 of act June 30, 1949, set out as an Effective Date note 
under section 471 of this title.
