                   SUBCHAPTER II--PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
 
Sec. 490g. Receipt of revenues related to energy savings or 
        materials recycling efforts
        
    Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Fund established 
pursuant to section 490(f) of this title is on and after October 6, 
1992, authorized to receive any revenues, collections, or other income 
received during a fiscal year in the form of rebates, cash incentives or 
otherwise, related to energy savings or materials recycling efforts, all 
of which shall remain in the Fund until expended, and remain available 
for Federal energy management improvement programs, recycling programs, 
or employee programs as may be authorized by law or as may be deemed 
appropriate by the Administrator of General Services. The General 
Services Administration is authorized to use such funds, in addition to 
amounts received as New Obligational Authority, in such activity or 
activities of the Fund as may be necessary.

    Section was enacted as part of the appropriation act cited as the 
credit to this section, and not as part of the Federal Property and 
Administrative Services Act of 1949, part of which comprises this 
chapter.
