          CHAPTER 20--FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE EXPENDITURE CONTROL
 
Sec. 901. Monitoring system

    The head of each executive agency, including the Department of 
Defense, shall designate one office, officer, or employee of the agency 
to establish and operate a central monitoring system for, and provide 
oversight of, the motor vehicle operations of the agency, related 
activities, and related reporting requirements.
