Sec. 13757. Administrative provisions

    The administrative provisions of part H of the Omnibus Crime Control 
and Safe Streets Act of 1968 [42 U.S.C. 3781 et seq.], shall apply to 
the Attorney General for purposes of carrying out this part.

in text, is Pub. L. 90-351, June 19, 1968, 82 Stat. 197, as amended. The 
reference to part H of the Act probably means part H of title I of the

seq.) of chapter 46 of this title. For complete classification of this
