                 TITLE 42--THE PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE
 
                 CHAPTER 16--NATIONAL SCIENCE FOUNDATION
 
Sec. 1882. Information furnished to Congressional committees

    Notwithstanding any other provision of this or any other Act, the 
Director of the National Science Foundation and the National Science 
Board shall keep the Committee on Labor and Human Resources of the 
Senate and the Committee on Science, Space, and Technology of the House 
of Representatives fully and currently informed with respect to all of 
the activities of the National Science Foundation.
