                 SUBCHAPTER I-B--SUPPLEMENTAL PROVISIONS
 
Sec. 1973aa-4. Separability

    If any provision of subchapters I-A to I-C of this chapter or the 
application of any provision thereof to any person or circumstance is 
judicially determined to be invalid, the remainder of subchapters I-A to 
I-C of this chapter or the application of such provision to other 
persons or circumstances shall not be affected by such determination.
