                    SUBCHAPTER I--GENERAL PROVISIONS
 
Sec. 2459a. Availability of appropriated amounts

    Appropriations authorized under this Act for ``Research and 
Development'', for ``Space Flight, Control, and Data Communications'', 
or for ``Construction of Facilities'' may remain available until 
expended. Contracts may be entered into under ``Inspector General'' and 
``Research and Program Management'' for training, investigations, and 
costs associated with personnel relocation and for other services 
provided during the fiscal year following the fiscal year in which funds 
are appropriated.
