    Section, Pub. L. 87-367, title II, Sec. 206(b), Oct. 4, 1961, 75 
Stat. 791, required Administrator of National Aeronautics and Space 
Administration to submit to Congress, not later than 45 days after close 
of each fiscal year, a report which sets forth, as of close of such 
fiscal year, the number of positions established, the name, 
compensation, and qualification of each incumbent, position or positions 
held in or outside Federal Government by each incumbent during the 5 
years immediately preceding date of appointment, and such other 
information as required by Congress and authorized Administrator to omit 
any information deemed detrimental to national security, to inform 
Congress of such omission, and to supply all information concerning such 
matter at request of any Congressional committee.
