Sec. 3030g-21. Compliance with dietary guidelines

    A State that establishes and operates a nutrition project under this 
part shall ensure that the meals provided through the project--
        (1) comply with the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, published 
    by the Secretary and the Secretary of Agriculture; and
        (2) provide to each participating older individual--
            (A) a minimum of 33\1/3\ percent of the daily recommended 
        dietary allowances as established by the Food and Nutrition 
        Board of the National Research Council of the National Academy 
        of Sciences, if the project provides 1 meal per day;
            (B) a minimum of 66\2/3\ percent of the allowances if the 
        project provides 2 meals per day; and
            (C) 100 percent of the allowances if the project provides 3 
        meals per day.
