Sec. 3123. Discrimination on basis of sex prohibited in 
        federally assisted programs
        
    No person in the United States shall, on the ground of sex, be 
excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be 
subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving 
Federal financial assistance under the Public Works and Economic 
Development Act of 1965 [42 U.S.C. 3121 et seq.].
