SUBCHAPTER II--CIVIL COMMITMENT OF PERSONS NOT CHARGED WITH ANY CRIMINAL 
                                 OFFENSE
 
Sec. 3420. Evidence; examining physician a competent and 
        compellable witness; physician-patient privilege
        
    Any physician conducting an examination under this subchapter shall 
be a competent and compellable witness at any hearing or other 
proceeding conducted pursuant to this subchapter and the physician-
patient privilege shall not be applicable.
