    Section 3793a, Pub. L. 90-351, title I, Sec. 1002, as added Pub. L. 
96-157, Sec. 2, Dec. 27, 1979, 93 Stat. 1218, required maintenance of a 
fund for juvenile delinquency programs consisting of minimum of 19.15 
per centum of the appropriations each fiscal year for this chapter.
    A prior section 1002 of Pub. L. 90-351, title V, June 19, 1968, 82 
Stat. 235, was classified as a note under section 7313 of Title 5, 
Government Organization and Employees.
    Section 3793b, Pub. L. 90-351, title I, Sec. 1003, as added Pub. L. 
96-157, Sec. 2, Dec. 27, 1979, 93 Stat. 1219, authorized annual 
appropriations of $25,000,000 for fiscal years ending Sept. 30, 1980, 
through 1983, for Office of Community Anti-Crime Programs.
