Sec. 3795b. Conspiracy to commit offense against United States

    Any law enforcement or criminal justice program or project 
underwritten, in whole or in part, by any grant, or contract or other 
form of assistance pursuant to this chapter, whether received directly 
or indirectly from the Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice 
Assistance, the National Institute of Justice, or the Bureau of Justice 
Statistics shall be subject to the provisions of section 371 of title 
18.
