                        Effective Date of Repeal

    Section 208(b) of Pub. L. 95-626 provided that the repeal of this 
section is effective Oct. 1, 1979.


                               Short Title

    Section 1 of Pub. L. 91-695 provided: ``That this Act [enacting this 
chapter] may be cited as the `Lead-Based Paint Poisoning Prevention 
Act'.''
