Sec. 5667g-4. Reports


(a) In general

    Not later than 6 months after the date on which a National 
Conference is convened, a final report of the Conference shall be 
submitted to the President and the Congress.

(b) Contents

    A report described in subsection (a) of this section--
        (1) shall include the findings and recommendations of the 
    Conference and proposals for any legislative action necessary to 
    implement the recommendations of the Conference; and
        (2) shall be made available to the public.
