Sec. 6399. Intrastate natural gas

    No provision of this chapter shall permit the imposition of any 
price controls on, or require any allocation of, natural gas not subject 
to the jurisdiction of the Secretary or the Federal Energy Regulatory 
Commission.

                          Transfer of Functions

    ``Secretary or the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission'' 
substituted for ``Federal Power Commission'' pursuant to sections 
301(a), 402, 703, and 707 of Pub. L. 95-91, which are classified to 
sections 7151(a), 7172, 7293, and 7297 of this title and which 
terminated Federal Power Commission and transferred its functions to 
Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and Secretary of Energy.
