                        Effective Date of Repeal

    Repeal effective 180 days after Oct. 18, 1988, see section 113 of 
Pub. L. 100-504, set out as an Effective Date of 1988 Amendment note 
under section 5 of Pub. L. 95-452 [Inspector General Act of 1978] in the 
Appendix to Title 5, Government Organization and Employees.
