          CHAPTER 19--ROCK ISLAND RAILROAD EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE
 
Sec. 1010. Applicability of National Environmental Policy Act 
        and section 6362(b) of title 42
        
    The provisions of the National Environmental Policy Act [42 U.S.C. 
4321 et seq.] and section 6362(b) of title 42 shall not apply to 
transactions carried out pursuant to this chapter.
