                          Codification

respectively, of former Title 49, Transportation, and were subsequently 
repealed and restated in section 80504 of Title 49, Transportation, by 
Pub. L. 103-272, Secs. 1(e), 7(b), July 5, 1994, 108 Stat. 1358, 1379.
    Section 44, acts Feb. 23, 1905, ch. 744, Sec. 1, 33 Stat. 743; June 
13, 1957, Pub. L. 85-50, Sec. 1(1), 71 Stat. 69, related to awards for 
acts of heroism involving railroads or motor vehicles.
