          TITLE 47--TELEGRAPHS, TELEPHONES, AND RADIOTELEGRAPHS
 
                       CHAPTER 2--SUBMARINE CABLES
 
Sec. 37. Violations; punishment

    Whoever knowingly commits, instigates, or assists in any act 
forbidden by section 34 of this title shall be guilty of a misdemeanor 
and shall be fined not more than $5,000, or imprisoned for not more than 
one year, or both.

comprises this chapter.
