                SUBCHAPTER I--ORGANIZATION AND FUNCTIONS
 
Sec. 905. Annual report to Congress

    The National Telecommunications and Information Administration shall 
submit an annual report to the Congress not later than January 31 of 
each calendar year, beginning with calendar year 1980. Each such report 
shall relate to the preceding calendar year and shall contain 
information on the activities of the Administration with respect to 
domestic communications, international communications, Federal 
Government communications, spectrum plans and policies, and any other 
matters.

                          Codification

    Section was enacted as part of the Public Telecommunications 
Financing Act of 1978, and not as part of the National 
Telecommunications and Information Administration Organization Act which 
comprises this chapter.
